HERE’S HOW WE DO IT:

Needs Assessment and Goal Setting: We start by assessing each athlete's physical and cognitive capabilities and setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. This helps us tailor the training regimen to each athlete's unique needs.

Posture and Mobility Assessment and Correction: We conduct a comprehensive assessment of each athlete's posture, mobility, and range of motion. We’ll also address any issues with nervous dysfunction, such as carpal or cubital tunnel syndrome. We then design individualized corrective exercise programs to address any imbalances or limitations to ensure proper movement patterns and reduce the risk of injury.

Strength and Conditioning: We develop personalized strength and conditioning plans that incorporate exercises to improve muscular strength, endurance, and power. Our programs are designed to improve physical performance and reduce the risk of injury. They also target specific areas relevant to eSports athletes, such as forearm and grip strength, hand and wrist mobility, and tendon-to-muscle ratio. By improving these areas, we can help athletes execute precise and rapid movements during gameplay.

Cognitive Performance Training: We also incorporate cognitive exercises (exergames) that are specifically designed to improve reaction time, decision making, and situational awareness. This includes exercises that challenge visual perception, processing speed, and working memory. By improving cognitive performance, we can enhance the ability to process information quickly and respond effectively to in-game situations.

Vision and Proprioception Training: We use vision and proprioception challenges to improve neurogenesis and cognitive performance. These exercises help athletes improve hand-eye coordination, balance, and spatial awareness.

Sleep, Nutrition, and Circadian Optimization: We understand that physical training and cognitive exercises are only part of the equation when it comes to optimizing performance. That's why we also focus on sleep, nutrition, and circadian optimization. These processes are essential for memory consolidation, cognitive function, and physical recovery. By aligning training and competition schedules with the body's natural rhythms, we can optimize performance and reduce the risk of injury.
